Problem Statement/POV Madlib

A problem statement, also known as a Point of View (POV), clearly defines what your design process aims to solve. It identifies who the user is, what they need, and why that need matters to them. The statement highlights the gap between the current state (the user’s problem) and the desired state (the goal) of a product or service. By creating a solution that bridges this gap, you’ll deliver a better experience for your target users.

Your POV should always stem from a deep understanding of your specific users, their needs, and the most essential insights about them. You’ll gather these insights through research and fieldwork during the Empathize phase of the design thinking process.
